Svenja Krimm is an Asset Manager at Kyon Energy, responsible for the commercial management of utility-scale battery energy storage systems. Her work focuses on maximizing asset performance, digitalizing operational reporting, and coordinating the interface between operations, trading, engineering, and commercial stakeholders. Kyon Energy develops and operates large-scale battery storage systems that provide flexibility to support Germany’s renewable energy transition.
Prior to Kyon Energy, Svenja held roles at Northvolt in Sweden and Germany, supporting the industrialization and commercialization of battery technologies. She holds a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy from the EIT InnoEnergy programme and combines experience across battery technology, energy markets, and asset management to help accelerate the deployment and operation of energy storage infrastructure.
