Stefan Tait is the Executive Director of Harmony Energy’s German subsidiary. Harmony Energy develops, owns, and operates utility-scale battery storage projects across Europe. Stefan has worked in the battery storage sector since 2010. He was among the first employees to join Tesla’s energy storage division in Europe and later led the development of BayWa r.e.’s battery storage and hydrogen businesses in the UK. At SMA Solar Technology, he delivered megawatt-scale solar and battery microgrids around the world and collaborated with international grid operators to help shape technical standards for renewable energy integration. Stefan studied Industrial Engineering in Germany and Chile.
